Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the product(s) or anything else on the order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to alert us of the problem.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).
Issues with your order quality – If there are any issues with your order please reach out to us at email@example.com. You will be instructed to return the the faulty item at our expense, and upon receipt of the returned item you will be refunded for the amount of that product.
Exchanges & Refunds – Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer refund orders for buyer’s remorse. However, if you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item. Once the returned item is received a new size will be shipped to you.
Please note, all claims for exchanges for a different size must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received.
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition or a refund may not be issued.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
